The Serving as youth leaders (SAYL) program is a great opportunity to learn valuable life skills such as public speaking, leadership, critical thinking, problem-solving and decision making. And a great program to put on your resume!!

Your Role as a SAYL Participant:
- Your role is to represent the youth of Adams County
- Staying up-to-date on important issues
- Cast non-binding advisory votes at the Committee and County Board level.
- Preparing for meetings, obtaining, and reviewing material’s prior to attending meetings.
- Committees may be attended virtually or in person.
